LOGISTIC DRIVER

REQUIREMENT

• Must possess a valid PSV (Public Service Vehicle) Licence.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a driver, preferably in logistics, construction or engineering industries.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic rules.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to project sites and outstation locations when required.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• Must have a clean driving record and no serious traffic offences.
• Able to perform routine vehicle inspections and report any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements.
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required.

JOB SUMMARY

1. Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner;

2. Maintains defensive driving;

3. Keeps assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside

4. Perform general logistics activities including receiving and storing of goods and make sure goods delivered on time to designed location

5. Responsible for material and inventory management at warehouse and site

6. Ensure all stock are properly stacked & picked according to location in the store

7. Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, delivery order, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management;

8. Responsible to transport staff and workers from hostel to site

9. Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required;

10. Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions;

11. Responds immediately to accident or medical emergencies by notifying emergency response providers, and rendering First Aid until emergency personnel arrive;

12. Serves as a positive role model while providing transportation service.

13. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work;

14. To strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 auditing SOP requirement and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
