About the role

Logistic Executive responsible for overseeing transportation operations for the assigned country under MOT regulations, ensuring compliance with corresponding responsibilities and KPIs. The role involves booking and managing logistics, shipment delivery, tracking, exception handling, and local delivery management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations for the assigned country under MOT regulations, ensuring compliance with corresponding responsibilities and KPIs
• Book and manage logistics for the assigned country, providing adequate support for growing transportation needs
• Manage shipment delivery, shipment tracking, exception handling, and local delivery management
• Manage forwarders' daily operations to improve efficiency and ensure on-time delivery and service quality
• Prepare Certificates of Origin from MITI and FMM
• Organize and optimize logistics processes, control logistics costs, and propose improvement initiatives
• Deal with Government agency for any logistic related field
• Apply for permit with AELB, SIRIM, MAQIS, MICCI or any related field

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Familiar with airfreight, sea freight, and courier operations
• Good knowledge of customs declaration documentation
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good knowledge of import and export documentation, such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (CO), etc.
