Logistic Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Price comparison and negotiation with forwarder on transportation rates and related logistics services to meet reasonable expenses
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
• Plan, monitor and facilitate transportation and shipping operations to be delivered on time and achieve customer satisfaction
• Verify all shipping documentation such as custom form, renewal application, monthly reports and etc.
• Verify shipping invoices costing, quantity, item, date and time
• Perform verification on physical stock received according to the suppliers' delivery order/packing list
• Perform verification on posting of good receive note (GRN) into the system
• Ensure stock accuracy by conducting regular stock assessments, monitor inventory levels, and minimize discrepancies
• Identify stock ageing and report to Top management for the clearance purpose
• Implement quality control measures to ensure warehouse stock accuracy and integrity of shipments

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge on Custom procedures, FTZ, LMW & Warehousing procedures, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping process & requirement
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance and safety
