What they need
- Supply Chain & Transport: Plan and coordinate shipment routes, select freight carriers, and track deliveries to minimize costs and transit times.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, track goods entering and leaving the warehouse, and adjust for discrepancies to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Vendor & Customer Relations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and carriers. Resolve delivery or stock issues to maintain client satisfaction.
- Compliance & Documentation: Manage customs documentation, bills of lading, and import/export manifests. Ensure workplace safety and adherence to trade laws.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and optimize supply chain processes
