CARECIL PRIVATE LIMITED is engaged in the Automotive Paints & Coatings industry, serving customers through its distribution, OEM, and industrial business segments. We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Coordinator to support our dispatch, transportation, and delivery operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries.
• Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain logistics, dispatch, and delivery records.
• Track shipments and provide timely delivery updates.
• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Follow up with transporters regarding shipment status and delivery.
• Handle basic logistics documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and related records.
• Resolve delivery and transportation-related issues through proper coordination.
• Maintain proper records of dispatches, deliveries, and transporter details.
• Support day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also be considered.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to track and follow up on shipments.
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with transporters, customers, and internal departments.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
