Logistic Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• To liase with all internal Business Units, Client, Shipper, Forwarding Agents on all logistic related activities.
• To coordinate entire logistic arrangement including pick up arrangement, deliveries to destination, preparing of shipping documents, processing of order and invoicing.
• To follow-up, update and ensure shipment are handled timely and accurate.
• Obtain, evaluate and provide recommendation on suitable logistic service provider and enrol their registration
• Prepare logistic planning, coordination, budgetary and related report
• Oversees forwarding agents’ performance.
• Coordinate within Vantage Group Logistic activities in Kemaman, Labuan and SEA region.
• Recommend alternative logistic solutions where the original plan is not feasible
• Undertake any other job responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, experience in handling Oil & Gas logistic including land / sea / air transportation
• Well verse in Malaysia Custom regulation Valid driving license is preferred
