What they need
Job Responsibilities :
Handling and maintaining LMW documents such as M1/M2/M4/GPB and ensure comply on LMW requirement.
To submit the above mentioned custom document accordingly in SmartGPB system
Administering shipping and custom clearance document & work process.
Liaise with appointed forwarders for import /export booking base on the shipment term such as CIF/FOB/Exwork/DDP/DAP
Comparing quotations from variety of forwarder if requested to
To review bills/invoices from forwarders /transporter and upload in ERP system in term to process payment
Administrative:
Maintain ERP data accuracy and order documentation
Support reporting and internal compliance requirements
