Logistic Executive

About the role

Sinwa (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistic Executive to join our dynamic team in the West Region on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, optimizing warehouse operations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to support the company's strategic growth objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records to ensure stock availability and reduce wastage
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of shipments
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to enhance operational efficiency and maximise space utilisation
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including bills of lading, delivery notes and inventory reports
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service quality
• Oversee compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment
• Track and monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery rates, inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity
• Support the training and development of warehouse staff to ensure consistent operational standards
• Handle ad-hoc logistics tasks and special projects as required

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management or distribution operations
• Kknowledge of inventory management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Knowledge of logistics best practices, supply chain operations and industry standards
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and undertake occasional on-site visits
• Preferred: Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
