Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and transportation trips.
• Liaise with drivers, customers and relevant departments.
• Manage delivery documents and operational records.
• Monitor and resolve daily operational issues.
• Ensure smooth operations in accordance with company SOPs and operational plans.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage documents and operational records accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willing to assist with operational matters outside normal working hours when required.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
