Logistic Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce order processing and dispatch activities.
• Handle order packing and dispatch as per defined timelines.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department and Transporters for smooth order dispatch.
• Verify order details, stock availability, and dispatch requirements.
• Maintain proper dispatch records and update order status.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for physical stock verification.
• Handle domestic dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly dispatch MIS using Advanced MS Excel.
• Coordinate with transporters and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all e-commerce and domestic dispatches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science or Arts.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, online dispatch or customer support.
• Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP/SAP.
• Good understanding of inventory management and physical stock verification.
• Good coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
