Logistic Executive

About the role

You will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our retail sales team has the inventory and support they need to drive business success. You will manage the end-to-end supply chain process—from monitoring stock levels and verifying supplier pricing to coordinating international procurement from Germany, Thailand, and China.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our 5-person retail sales team, tracking all incoming project orders.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time according to client requirements.
• Monitor and maintain healthy stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Verify and negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Place purchase orders promptly and follow up on shipment status.
• Learn and master the specific import processes and regulatory requirements for goods arriving from Germany, Thailand, and China.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, shipping documents, and supplier communications.
• Provide regular status updates to the sales team regarding their project pipelines.

About you

• Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory for daily communication with our China-based suppliers.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail (especially regarding pricing and stock figures).
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the willingness to learn international import/export compliance procedures.
