Logistic Executive

• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for all company vehicles.
• Arrange truck repairs with internal workshops or external service providers.
• Follow up on repair progress and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor vehicle downtime and expedite repairs to minimize operational disruption..
• Maintain complete maintenance and repair records for each vehicle.
• Coordinate emergency breakdown assistance when required.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation based on operational requirements.
• Track vehicle movement and maintenance status.
• Assist in scheduling replacement vehicles during repairs.
• Liaise with external workshops and suppliers regarding repairs and spare parts.
• Monitor workshop performance, repair quality, and turnaround time.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of commercial truck maintenance and repair processes is an added advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with fleet management systems is an advantage.

• Willingness to learn and develop a career in fleet management.
