Logistic Executive / Warehouse Assistant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking, hands-on, and responsible person to support our daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is physically fit, well-organized, and willing to take on practical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle product packaging, labeling, and preparation for delivery.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting products safely.
• Arrange and maintain stock, ensuring the warehouse and storage areas are clean and organized.
• Perform inventory tracking and data entry.
• Assist with delivery arrangements and daily logistics operations.
• Support event setup, preparation, transportation, and dismantling.
• Carry out other hands-on operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Preferably with working experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
• Possess a valid driving license and motorcycle license.
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, carrying, and other manual tasks.
• Hardworking, practical, and willing to get hands-on with daily operational duties.
• Positive attitude, responsible, punctual, and dependable.
• Well-organized, with good time management and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and work well independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for simple data entry and inventory records.
• Flexible and willing to assist with ad hoc tasks when required.

Location : Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hour : Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
