We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to manage logistics coordination, inventory control, warehouse operations, and export-import activities to ensure timely and efficient support for vessel operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of goods, spare parts, and equipment to vessels, ensuring timely shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movement across warehouses and designated locations.
• Handle export-import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including proper storage, material handling, stock accuracy, and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor logistics performance, resolve shipment issues, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in the shipping, offshore marine, or maritime industry is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in export-import documentation, customs clearance, and warehouse management is required.
• Good understanding of inventory control, shipping documentation, and applicable customs regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems, with strong digital literacy.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
