Logistic export Import staff

About the role

This role involves managing export and import operations, handling all related documentation, and coordinating logistics activities. You will execute daily operations, create export/import documents (PEB/PIB), report on logistics status, and communicate with customers and overseas partners while coordinating across relevant teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all documents for export/import process
• Manage daily operations and ensure completion of tasks
• Make PEB/PIB and documents related to export-import
• Regularly report on logistics status
• Communicate daily with customers and overseas partners
• Conduct coordination with all relevant teams
• Find and evaluate PPJK vendors
• Verify all documents for export/import process
• Compile monthly logistics reports (Tracking, Inventory, Handover Minutes)
• Manage receipt of goods including quality and quantity checking

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management
• Minimum 2 years experience working in Logistics/Freight Forwarding company
• Understanding of logistics documents, process and flow
• Able to operate EDI customs system
• Preferably have PPJK certificate
• Fluent in English both oral and written; Mandarin preferable
• Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
• Effective communication and service mind
• Discipline, Responsible, Reliable, High initiative, and Able to work in Team
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with negotiation skills
