LOGISTIC EXPORT/IMPORT

Requirements

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Import, Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Good understanding of import process, shipment, ETD/ETA, supplier coordination, and import documentation Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Key responsibilities:

Monitor ETD, ETA, shipment schedule Review and checking import documents, including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, other required documents Handle and follow up shipment delays Negotiable with forwarder for LCL, FCL shipment and by air shipment Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documentation and support the import process in accordance with company procedures Coordinate with supplier, forwarder, warehouse, purchasing
