LOGISTIC INTERN

·      Support daily logistics operations by handling customer servicing cases

·      Managing lost shipment claims with logistics partners

·      performing invoice reconciliation to ensure accuracy and proper documentation

·      coordinate with warehouse technicians and internal teams to ensure service requests and logistics processes run smoothly

Requirements

·      Fresh graduates or final-year university students with a strong interest in logistics or supply chain are encouraged to apply

·      Strong attention to detail, especially in handling operational data and invoice reconciliation.

·      Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, warehouse technicians, and logistics partners.

·      Basic understanding of logistics operations, fulfillment processes, or inventory management is a plus.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.

·      Able to manage multiple tasks and support daily operational activities.
