Assistant / Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee our end-to-end logistics, warehouse, inventory, distribution, and facility operations. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and service excellence while leading a high-performing logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, annual stock-takes, and order fulfilment.
• Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Manage warehouse and facility maintenance matters.
• Coordinate delivery and collection schedules with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant logistics and warehouse management experience.
• Experience with SAP, IWMS, or similar logistics systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability and ready to support operational activities when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
