Logistic Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and billing operations for Hetauda. The role will ensure efficient stock management, timely dispatch, accurate documentation, and compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and billing operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records, reconcile inventory, and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor stock movement, minimize variances, damages, shortages, and operational losses.
• Plan and coordinate timely dispatch of materials/products.
• Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Production, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics processes to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics reports.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and support physical inventory audits.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper billing, dispatch documentation, and record keeping.
• Monitor logistics performance, delivery timelines, and transportation-related activities.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards within warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, dispatch, and logistics processes.
• Experience in stock reconciliation, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
