LOGISTIC OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform receiving, storage, and issuance of medical consumables and general supplies
• Train and guide team members on SOPs, WMS/ERP systems, and operational best practices
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accuracy of all inventory transactions and records
• Conduct or oversee cycle counts and full stock-takes, ensuring ERP inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Manage expiry date tracking and enforce FEFO/FIFO rotation practices
• Supervise and perform scheduled and ad-hoc ward replenishment
• Liaise with nursing and departments on consumption patterns, stock-outs, and service level issues
• Ensure ward storage areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety and infection control standards
• Support PAR level reviews at ward and store level and adjustments based on usage data
• Coordinate with Procurement on stock replenishment to prevent shortages

Job Requirements

• GCE O/N or A Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma with 4–6 years' relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated competency in functional role
• Strong team player with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Independent worker with strong initiative to complete assigned tasks and projects
