Logistic Officer

XCMG is a global leader in construction machinery and heavy equipment, manufacturing and providing a wide range of equipment such as excavators, cranes, loaders, forklifts, and other machinery for construction and industrial applications worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Logistic Officer to join our team in Thailand. T

Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage import and export processes including shipping documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to ensure smooth customs operations and timely cargo release.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments of spare parts across affiliated companies, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on shipment status, resolve logistics issues, and coordinate with internal departments to support business operations.
• Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support logistics cost control, transportation planning, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or import-export operations (preferably in automotive or machinery parts).
• Knowledge of Thai customs procedures and import/export documentation.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Location: BTS Visionary Park, Bangkok (BTS Mochit)
