Logistic officer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related inquiries
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's supply chain, including but not limited to inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and customer service
• Coordinate with forwarders and warehouse to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods and services
• Product master maintenance and handle I/E documentation and reporting
• Track logistics spending to ensure it remains within allocated limits
• Verify 3PL invoices (vendor, forwarder & warehouse) for payment approval
• Provide support and address enquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably major in Supply Chain / Logistics
• Min 2 years of working experience in logistics management role, preferably from retails background
• 3PL management experience
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance with sound knowledge in I/E compliance of PRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
