We are looking for two Logistics Specialists with a passion for transportation, planning, and stakeholder collaboration to join our Logistics Team Road & Rail. Does that sound like you?

About the job Join a dynamic logistics team where no two days are alike. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation operations while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This is a parental leave coverage role for 6 months on a fulltime basis. In your future role as Logistics Specialist you will Plan, execute, monitor, and report road transportation activities in line with service and cost targets.

Coordinate shipments and manage transportation exceptions, including re-routing, re-planning, and stakeholder communication. Ensure smooth cooperation between carriers, customer service, sales, business planning, and site logistics teams. Support carrier invoice handling, payment follow-up, and surcharge management. Work daily in transport management systems (TMS) to manage and optimize logistics flows.

Drive continuous improvements together with logistics providers by following up on KPIs and transportation performance. We believe you bring A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience working with logistics or supply chain operations. Knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and logistics processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and implement solutions. Good understanding of the transportation and logistics market. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Great if you have Experience working within the chemical industry.

Knowledge of logistics-related systems such as SAP, TMS, or WMS. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other business management tools. We believe you are You are proactive and take ownership of your work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You are structured and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. As logistics environments can change rapidly, you are adaptable and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic setting.
