Logistic Specialist (Export)

Arxada is looking for a Logistic Specialist (Export) to join our team at the Arxada Ladkrabang Office, Bangkok. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing export shipments from order confirmation through final delivery. The role ensures shipments are arranged accurately and on time, export documentation is complete and compliant, and all parties involved in the shipment are properly coordinated.

Essential Job Functions

Export Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate export shipments from order confirmation, cargo readiness, booking, shipment, and final delivery.
• Arrange transportation with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and other logistics service providers.
• Coordinate vessel/flight bookings and ensure cargo is delivered within the required cut-off times.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively follow up on delays, changes, or operational issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, customer service, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure smooth export operations.
• Track shipments and provide accurate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Export Documentation

• Prepare, review, and verify export documentation, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Sea & Air Waybill
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Certificate of Analysis
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Export Declaration
  • Other customer- or country-specific documents

• Ensure export documents are accurate and submitted within required deadlines.

• Coordinate with customs brokers and relevant authorities for export customs clearance.

• Ensure shipment information is consistent across commercial, transportation, and customs documents.

• Maintain proper records of export documents for audit and compliance purposes.

Freight & Cost Management

• Obtain and compare freight quotations from logistics providers when required.
• Monitor freight charges, transportation costs, and additional shipment-related expenses.
• Verify freight invoices against agreed rates and shipment details.
• Support initiatives to reduce logistics costs while maintaining required service levels.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare regular export logistics reports and shipment status reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time shipment, documentation accuracy, freight cost, and customs clearance performance.
• Identify recurring logistics issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in process improvement and logistics optimization projects.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, or other logistics systems.
• Create PR & PO for Free Zone (THAE) & MY warehouse and receiving/update goods into stock.
• Prepare year-end inventory report for the Free Zone W/H to support physical stock counting.
• Performs special assignment upon request.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export logistics, international shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in handling hazardous goods is an advantage.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of export processes and international transportation and export documentation.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and international trade requirements is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Experience with SAP systems & handling hazardous goods is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
