• Responsible for assigned shipping foreign trade export process and customs declaration, tracking cargo logistics.
• Arrange customs clearance and delivery of imported goods for air and sea cargo.
• Review and preparation of import and export documents.
• Communicate and coordinate import and export trade, international freight forwarding, import and export customs clearance, customs commodity classification, warehousing, logistics trailer etc.
• Handle relevant certificates for import and export goods according to import and export orders.
• Solve various unexpected problems in customs clearance and customs declaration.
• Other tasks assigned by department leader.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Familiar with the import and export operation process of marine freight forwarder.
• Experience in one-stop international logistics service is preferred,
• Professional knowledge of import and export trade, customs declaration, freight forwarding and logistics, and good at communicating in English,
• Familiar with foreign trade business and import and export business process,
• Be able to independently and skillfully operate the whole set of processes such as sea transportation, air transportation and railway, and understand the relevant documents, transportation, warehousing, and customs declaration and knowledgeable of import and export trade required in the freight forwarding operation process.

• 负责海运外贸出流程及报关操作，跟踪货物物流情况。
• 针对空运、海运货物，安排进口货物清关提货。
• 进出口单证的审核和制作。
• 沟通协调进出口贸易、国际货代、进出口清关、海关商品归类、仓储、物流拖车等事宜。
• 根据进出口订单办理与进出口货物的相关证件。
• 解决通关、报关事务的各项突发问题。
• 完成上级交代的其它任务。 任职要求：
• 本科（含）以上学历。
• 熟悉海运货代进出口操作流程。
• 有一站式国际物流服务经验者优先考虑。
• 了解进出口贸易、报关、货代、物流专业知识，具有一定英文基础。
• 熟悉外贸业务及进出口业务流程。
