Logistic Staff (Checker)

About the role

Uni-Soft is seeking a dedicated Logistic Staff (Checker) to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Plaridel, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain. As a Logistic Staff (Checker), you will be responsible for verifying inventory, inspecting goods, and ensuring that all items meet quality standards before dispatch. Your meticulous attention to detail will directly impact our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to identify damaged or defective items
• Record and document all checked items using warehouse management systems and maintain accurate records
• Sort, organize and label products for efficient storage and retrieval
• Identify discrepancies and report them to supervisors or relevant departments promptly
• Assist in inventory counting and cycle counting activities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of goods
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory checking, or a similar logistics role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying and recording information
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritiz
