Logistic Staff

Responsibilities

*Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and manage storage and distribution of materials.

*Order Fulfillment: Process orders, prepare shipments, and ensure timely delivery to various locations.

*Transportation Coordination: Schedule and coordinate shipments, select appropriate transportation methods, and manage relationships with carriers.

*Documentation and Compliance: Prepare shipping documents, manage customs paperwork, and ensure regulatory compliance.

*Route Optimization: Analyze delivery routes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

*Supply Chain Optimization: Contribute to overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.

*Customer Service: Provide shipment updates, address inquiries, and resolve logistical issues.

*Data Analysis: Analyze logistical data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications

*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Technical or vocational graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.

*Experience: 1–2 years in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management preferred; experience in telecommunications industry logistics is a plus.

*Skills and Competencies: Understanding of inventory control, warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation coordination; familiarity with shipping documentation and compliance; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); analytical and problem-solving skills; good customer service and communication; ability to work under pressure.

Other Requirements: Valid professional driver’s license; physically fit to handle telecom equipment (lifting up to 50 kg); willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
