About the role
We are looking for Logistic Staff to assist in the day-to-day logistics operations of the company. The successful candidate will support the coordination, monitoring, and documentation of deliveries, materials, and other logistics activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and logistic activities
- Monitor the movement and status of materials and equipment
- Prepare and maintain logistic-related documents and records
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and project/site personnel
- Assist in inventory and material monitoring
- Ensure proper documentation of logistics transactions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
About you
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With or without relevant work experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work effectively with different teams and personnel
- Willing to be assigned to project/site locations
