GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

1. Minimum experience 1 year in similar role.
2. Bachelor Degree from any major.
3. Fluent in both written and spoken English
4. Having a good attitude, high sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and well organized in daily tasks.
5. Genuine interest in logistics administration and eager to learn the end-to-end import/shipping process.
6. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to assess issues case-by-case and make sound decisions.
7. Good initiative, proactive, and able to adapt to quick changes of job direction.
8. Work from office Monday to Friday

SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIRED:

1. Tech Savvy, good ability to operate computer with Windows OS.
2. Understand how to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3. Preferably have experience in Delivery Order or Export-Import administration.
4. High attention to detail in verifying shipping documents, invoices, and system data entries.
5. Able to identify discrepancies and resolve them systematically, case-by-case.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Process delivery orders administration.
2. Manage and process export-import administration.
3. To ensure good communication from receiving goods to internal delivery.
4. To assist data update onto Keyence system application.
5. To assist purchasing process .
6. To handle document request.
7. To manage goods pick up request.

SALARY PACKAGE:

1. Salary package starting from Rp. 6,000,000
