Logistic Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading and unloading of import/export shipments (tankers, ISO tanks, flexibags, bulk cargo, etc.)
• Plan and track the movement of raw material road tanker and ISO tanks, both within the company and with outside partners.
• Monitor and plan the transfer of materials through pipelines and manage storage tank levels at outside terminals.
• Keep inventory records and reports up to date.
• Responsible of daily bulk product handling and storage at the tank farm.
• Communicate with everyone involved to send and receive shipping documents.
• Keep the tank farm clean and organized so work runs smoothly.
• Check and confirm bulk shipments before they are released or received.
• Train new logistics staff on their job duties.
• Try to solve problems that come up in daily logistics work; report bigger issues to a supervisor.
• Follow SSHE rules, and the company's official work procedures when carrying out duties.
• Take on extra tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Job Success Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in the related field.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in planning, supply chain or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, warehousing, planning fundamentals, scheduling and shipping.

Additional Notes / Desirable Skills

• Computer literate
• Knowledgeable & experienced in handling as tanker, ISO tank, flexibag, bulk loading, and etc.
