Logistic Supervisor

About the role

Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring inbound, outbound, storage, and delivery processes run according to SOP. Lead and coordinate the logistics and warehouse team while monitoring warehouse and distribution activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations
• Ensure inbound, outbound, storage, and delivery processes run according to SOP
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
• Lead and coordinate the logistics and warehouse team
• Ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
• Monitor and follow up on operational issues and delays
• Prepare and monitor regular logistics reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Purchasing, and other related departments
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulations
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership position
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, distribution, and delivery processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Able to work with targets and deadlines
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
