Logistic Supervisor

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2+ Years | Diagnostics Logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Operations, preferably within the Diagnostics industry.
• Candidates from the Diagnostics industry only are preferred.
• Relevant experience in last-mile operations, fleet, riders, and route management.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Candidates at the Executive level are requested not to apply.
• Strong team coordination and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage Last Mile Executives (LMEs), riders, and fleet operations.
• Ensure timely blood sample collection from partner labs/pathlabs.
• Monitor routes, SLA adherence, and last-mile operations.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with LMEs for timely collection and money recovery.
• Maintain and optimise lab and LME route data for better coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor LME performance, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and route-related issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
