What they need
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control or a related field
- Team Lead/Supervisory experience preferred
- E-commerce or logistics experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality and compliance audits and identify process gaps
- Review operations and documentation for SOP compliance
- Monitor DC and Branch CCTV to prevent operational issues
- Investigate recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with teams on process improvements
- Prepare quality reports and recommendations for management
- Mentor QA team members and support continuous improvement
- Handle escalations and make decisions within assigned authority
