What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage the logistics team, including hiring, training, and performance management, and ensure high levels of productivity and engagement
• Analyze logistics data and metrics to monitor performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics, including safety, environmental regulations, and customs procedures
• Address and resolve logistical issues such as delays, inventory discrepancies, and transportation problems promptly and effectively
• Develop and manage the logistics budget, including cost forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Deal with forwarder for shipping booking arrangement for Import & Export (Sea, Air, Trucking & Courier)
• Maintain documentation related to shipping activities
• Communicate and liaise with importers, exporters, shipping lines and overseas partners through Email and phone
• Liaise with forwarder/agent for shipment clearance and check billing from forwarder for payment submission
• Liaise with customs for any related Import / Export issues and prepare monthly/yearly reports to LMW

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Able to speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
