Logistic Supply Chain Admin

TrinityRail is hiring a Logistic Supply Chain Admin at our Eagle Pass, TX plant.

The Logistic Supply Chain Admin position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team minded individual who doesn’t stray away from a changing and challenging Import Export environment.

In this position: You will provide product, process or give administrative support for the Import and Export requirements on material readiness to clear both USA and MX Customs, serves as permanent point of contact with MX Manufacturing Facilities, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Logistics and transport companies and US and MX Customs Brokers.

Duties may include but not limited to get Certificates of Origin, MTR’s, USMCA, matching invoices to receivers; scheduling materials for facility work centers; coordinating inbound and outbound shipping; compiling and maintaining inventory or daily production records; assigning and recording materials to job orders; conducting physical inventory.

What you'll do:

• Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks
• Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives
• Performs routine clerical duties using prescribed procedures
• Solves administrative problems
• Receives detailed instructions from supervisor
• Ability to follow oral, written instructions and procedures
• Technical knowledge on I&E required
• Serves as team member
• Capable of managing emails related to multiple topics and providing accurate and timely manner responses
• Run Queries to compare Inventory on hand, received and transferred
• Confirms all materials are 100% with the applicable Trade Compliance Requirements

What you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 year of related experience
• Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
• Work is prescribed and completed with autonomy
• Works under low supervision and clearly defined procedures
• Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
