LOGISTIC SUPPORT ADMIN

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

• Involves submitting reports to customs for importation upon receiving MIDA approval & SST application.
• Coordinate booking for import & export via courier and freight forwarder.
• Follow up with the courier and freight forwarder on shipment status.
• Works on special projects as assigned.
• Ensures products shipped are timely and match customer order.

DETAILED JOB REQUIREMENT

• Familiar with Incoterm.
• Familiar with customs rules and regulations for movement from PCA to overseas & special areas (FIZ & LMW) and vice versa.
• Knowledgent in customs rules is advantage.
• Knowledge of personal computers and ability to learn and use applications specific to this area.
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers.

Typical Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Educational requirements may vary by geography.
