Logistic Support

• Plan & manage logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies & customers.
• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments including custom clearance and insurance for any mode of transport/ shipment or self-collection.
• Deliver solutions to logistics’ problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports or customer issues while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
• Arrange the loading of Finished goods into container & land transport.
• Responsible for proper filing and documentation in order to comply with Audit requirements.
• Prepare invoice, packing list, analysis report as well as apply for import and export permit from government authority when a shipment is confirmed and to be delivered.
• Additional ad-hock task assigns by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and possess a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
