Logistic Team Leader

Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely movement, handling, and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor the logistics team and daily activities.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and proper handling of goods.
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues and report concerns to management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
