What they need
- Enter daily activities and assign driver duties and provide instructions.
- Manage luggage and monitor the work of drivers and guides.
- Reconfirm bookings with guides/drivers one day in advance.
- Reconfirm with the driver one hour before the activity.
- Prepare and arrange entrance fees for drivers and guides.
- Transfer entrance tickets to guides/drivers.
- Enter driver and guide information into the online system.
- Prepare goodie bags for guests one day in advance.
- Send the arrival list to the airport representative.
- Handle other tasks related to the respective division.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments.
- Submit daily reports to the Division Manager.
