Logistic Warehouse Group Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily logistics operations supporting the General Assembly production line.
• Manage team members and ensure manpower allocation according to operational requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts and materials to the production line to avoid production disruption.
• Monitor material flow, line feeding, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Material Control, and other related departments.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, safety, quality, and 5S implementation.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues or shortages to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse, material handling, or production logistics, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry as a Team Leader, Group Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role is preferred.

• Good understanding of warehouse operations, material flow, line feeding, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and 5S.

• Must have active English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and work in shifts when required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS, SAP, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
