Logistics Admin Assistant

Job Overview:

The Logistics Admin Assistant is responsible for monitoring and tracking courier shipments in transit, maintaining accurate and timely updates of trackers, preparing and submitting daily End-of-Day Logistics reports. The role also assists in the daily packing and preparation of shipments for courier delivery, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and performs other administrative and logistics-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documentation, records, and day-to-day office support tasks.
• Experience in logistics, technology solutions, or working with government or enterprise clients is an advantage.
• Relevant qualifications include a vocational or college-level education in Business, Management, or a related field; proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing); strong attention to detail; reliability; and the ability to work on-site in Taguig. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
