Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate freight arrangements to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Accurately update customer orders in the system
- Monitor and follow through on shipment requests and activities
- Prepare shipping documentation and provide timely updates to relevant departments on shipment status
- Support daily operations and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong interest in supply chain and logistics
- Detail-oriented with good coordination and organisational skills
