If you're organised, enjoy structured work and take pride in accuracy, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming orders (15+ per day during busy periods) for medical equipment, parts, consumables, test equipment and supplies
  • Accurately pick, pack and dispatch outbound shipments (20+ per day during busy periods), clearing incoming and outward shelves daily where possible
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Generate repair request forms and Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs)
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple freight providers, selecting the appropriate provider based on customer needs and requirements
  • Prepare commercial invoices for international shipments and assist with customs clearance documentation and processes
  • Monitor shipment turnaround times to ensure workloads stay on track
  • Conduct regular inventory checks on packing supplies and initiate reorders as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records at all times, including timely job and shipment status updates
  • Prepare monthly reports on shipment tracking and quantities
  • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised office and warehouse environment at all times

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administration and data entry.
  • Confidence managing a high-volume, repetitive workload while staying organised.
  • The ability to prioritise changing workloads and respond to different levels of urgency.
  • Careful handling of high-value, fragile medical equipment.
  • A team player who is adaptable across both office and warehouse tasks.

Why Join Us?

  • Air-conditioned hybrid office and warehouse environment.
  • Variety in your day with a blend of administration and logistics.
  • Friendly, supportive team culture.
  • Stable workflow in a growing Australian business.
  • Opportunities to learn, develop and progress your career.
