What they need
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process drop, cross-strait and consignment shipments.
- Source and compare freight RFQs for sea, air and land transportation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Handle drop shipment and consignment billing, including invoice posting, e-invoicing and e-filing.
- Verify freight forwarder invoices and perform accurate data entry.
- Coordinate reverse logistics, including returns and replacement shipments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping, billing and logistics records.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Relevant experience in logistics, shipping or freight coordination preferred.
