Currently, we are hiring a Material Logistics Co-ordinator to support a large-scale project with a very high-profile client in Co. Kildare

Responsibilities:

Logistics & Inventory Management

• Receive and inspect incoming IoT and automation equipment.
• Maintain inventory records and asset tracking databases.
• Organize staging areas for deployment hardware.
• Package and coordinate shipment of equipment to campuses and contractors.
• Track shipping status and delivery confirmations.

IoT Hardware Preparation

• Assemble/gather the required components of a solution into kits.
• Configure IoT gateways using documented deployment procedures.
• Label and document equipment according to deployment standards.

Deployment Support

• Coordinate hardware readiness for site deployments.
• Maintain deployment schedules and equipment allocation records.
• Prepare deployment documentation and as-built records.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware prior to shipment.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure equipment meets defined standards.

Coordination Activities

• Coordinate with site stakeholders regarding equipment delivery and installation schedules.
• Support contractors and system owners during deployment activities.
• Track and follow up on installation tickets and completion evidence.

Deliverables During Contract

• Hardware receiving and inventory management process established.
• Deployment kits assembled and shipped on schedule.
• Asset records maintained and current.
• Deployment documentation completed for all shipped equipment.
• Installation coordination completed with IT Touch Services where required.

Authority

• Stop work immediately where unsafe conditions or practices are identified that could result in injury, environmental impact or damage to equipment.

• Carry out all duties in accordance with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.

• Ensure compliance with client site procedures, permit-to-work systems and commissioning safety requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in materials, logistics or inventory control on a semiconductor, cleanroom or construction project.
• Understanding of site delivery procedures, material handling etc
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Confidence using inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication with suppliers, contractors and site teams.
• A strong focus on safety, accuracy and record keeping.
• Full Clean Drivers License Required
