Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with Returns: Handle customer returns with efficiency and accuracy, processing them through the appropriate channels.
• Booking Pallets for Distribution: Organise and book pallets for distribution from our Leeds Warehouse, working closely with distribution partners.
• System Automation Processes: Follow and manage system automation processes to ensure operations are streamlined and efficient.
• Assisting the ASM & customers: Taking calls & answering emails from the ASM & customers regarding order & delivery queries
• Laising with drivers: Laising with drivers via phone & message to ensure issues are resolved
• Route planning: Efficiently planning routes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, operations, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing orders and managing stock.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues that arise during stock transfers, returns, and order processing with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
