Logistics Advisor

Bridge Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Advisor (Sales Account Executive) to build and manage a book of business in Cincinnati, OH. Candidates must possess a strong entrepreneurial work ethic, sharp negotiation skills, and a goal-driven mindset to execute cold calls, secure new accounts, and deliver custom 3PL solutions. This is a cold calling heavy role, so inside sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications - Logistics Advisor (Sales Account Executive)

Required:

• Strong work ethic, competitive drive, and self-motivation to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work full-time in person at our Cincinnati, OH headquarters
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Prior inside sales, B2B prospecting, or cold calling experience
• Previous experience in freight brokerage, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), or supply chain sales
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities - Logistics Advisor (Sales Account Executive)

• Prospect & Build: Conduct cold calls and active prospecting to secure new customer accounts and build long term, sustainable book of business.
• Manage Pipeline: Negotiate freight rates and contracts, consistently selling 3PL solutions on value rather than price to hit target growth metrics.
• Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, building strong relationships across both blue-collar and white-collar decision-makers.
• Operations Collaboration: Partner with our in-house operations teams to monitor daily shipments, resolve freight issues, and get real products to real people
• Accountability: Track account metrics, focusing on both growth & retention, along with weekly & monthly sales targets
