Logistics Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

Manage critical domestic and international shipment data and documentation to support the Logistics and Supply Chain team and help them achieve optimum effectiveness.

What will you do?

• Execute timely preparation of all required documentation for global transportation functions.

• Ensure that shipping processes comply with company and industry quality assurance standards.

• Issue statistical or detailed reports for the team and upper management as requested.

• Process and correct miscellaneous accounting issues.

• Conduct ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, process streamlining, and carrier KPI improvement.

• Perform analytical and administrative tasks in support of Logistics operations.

• Analyze customer shipping data to drive improvement and obtain optimum effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related area, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

• Intermediate to Advanced English.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Computer skills are required, including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Proficiency working with large amounts of data.

• Ability to work under pressure and be results-driven.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong team player skills.

• Ability to travel as needed.
