Logistics Analyst- Delivery & Distribution

Elixir Industrial Equipment, Inc. (EIEI) is looking for a Logistics Analyst – Delivery & Distribution to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of delivery activities, ensuring that daily trips, documentation, and delivery schedules are properly organized and completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in logistics, delivery coordination, distribution, or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations is an advantage.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of daily delivery trips.
• Prepare and organize documents required for deliveries.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery activities to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare quotations for clients as needed.
• Monitor stocks and coordinate with the warehouse team regarding inventory availability.
• Ensure that delivery-related records and documents are properly maintained.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
