Logistics and Administration Coordinator

Our company, Baxtros Limited, is looking for a full time logistics assistant to manage a small warehouse, along with day to day communication within the company. This is an exciting role for someone looking to grow with our expanding company.

Roles and responsibilities will include:
Processing and management of B2B and B2C orders
Responsible for customer facing communication both through email and phone
Stock control & inventory management
Processing incoming stock

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working in logistic and administration

Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail
Punctuality
Ability to work within a small team
Contribution of ideas to maximise efficiency

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

A background of our company:
Baxtros Limited is a refurbisher of video gaming consoles and accessories. We refurbish and distribute gaming consoles and accessories through both retail and wholesale channels throughout the UK, Europe and other parts of the world.

Hours:
Full time 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with half an hour for lunch.
